Wine-making
Hand harvested in 10 kg crates.

All the grapes are passed along the selection belt and are destemmed.

They are then put into a stainless steel tank where spontaneous fermentation takes place at a low temperature.

Tasting
The work, following the principles of organic farming of the local Premsal Blanc and Malvasia varieties from Banyalbufar, has given us the Margalida White.

The grapes are harvested by hand and after passing along the selection belt they enter the press where they undergo a short maceration with their skins.

Explosion of floral aromas. Mature pineapple and white fruits transport us to the spring. In the mouth it is intense, fresh and highly pleasant.

Serving temperature:
At around 8-10ºC.

Cuisine:
Ideal for aperitifs and light dishes

Consumption:
Recommended to be drunk during the first two years from the bottling date.
