Wine-making
Hand harvested in 10 kg crates.

All the grapes are passed along the selection belt and are destemmed.

They are placed in a stainless steel tank where spontaneous fermentation takes place with their skins to extract the maximum expression of flavours and aromas of the Giró Ros variety.

Tasting
Wine with a highly-intense fruity aroma, ripe white fruits with a fresh wash over the palate, balsamic and eucalyptus notes. It is pleasant on the mouth, sweet, and the acidity brings a citrus note that is lingering and balanced.

Serving temperature:
Around 10-12ºC

Cuisine:
Pasta, creamy cheeses, white fish.

Consumption:
As soon as it comes on the market for the first two years.
