The complexity and elegance of the Callet and Fogoneu native varieties mark the character of this wine.
We harvest the grapes manually at the end of September. They come into the winery on the selection belt to ensure they are completely healthy. Maceration and fermentation go on for 25 days at a controlled temperature of not more than 25ºC.
The wine goes into barrels in January, where it remains for 12 months.
This wine has not been cold stabilised, which means it could show tartaric precipitation.
Dark cherry colour and intense aromas with predominance of the fruity range. Predominance of very ripe red berries giving rise to spicy notes, such as pepper, cinnamon and cardamom.
On entry into the mouth it is robust, passing powerfully but pleasantly. The aftertaste is long and fresh, inviting you to carry on drinking.
