Petit Som Blanc


Vi de la Terra Mallorca

Varieties:
White wine made with a black “merlot” variety with some coloration obtained with the intention of respecting the integrity of the wine.

Wine-making
Wine from our organic production vineyards, after a manual harvesting, we enter the grapes in the winery through a selection table, thus ensuring that all the grapes enter a perfect health condition. Then, we make a maceration in the film in a pneumatic press, where grape must and grapes are in contact for a few hours, which only takes advantage of pressing the first fraction of must, the highest quality, which deflects a tub of Stabilization, where, naturally, it is cleaned up. Once we have the must, let it ferment for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 16º. Once the fermentation is finished, let the wine rest. After a gentle clarification and filtration we can already bottling it.

Tasting
Pale yellow color due to the slight maceration with black varieties.

In the mouth it is very fresh and bulky.

Serving temperature:
Around 8ºC

Gastronomy:
Salads, greasy fish, tumbet, summer dishes.
